We have forgotten.
This statement will step on some toes, and make some people upset and defensive, especially today when everyone is bending over backwards to prove their sensitivity, but it is a fact. We should never hide the truth to make people feel good about themselves. Instead, we should actively seek out our flaws, for the good of our nation, and do our best to conquer ourselves, and share the knowledge of victory over weakness and evil with others.
There is no doubt in anyone’s mind that we live in a dangerous world. There is never a problem convincing anyone of that fact. The problems arise when we only point outward when identifying enemies. We point to a lot of different places and a huge variety of faces, but a lot of us don’t see, or choose to ignore, that there are enemies in our midst. Those enemies are going to be the ones who destroy us.
On September 10, 2001, we were going about our lives as normal. Nothing seemed amiss. Well more than the majority of us didn’t know Al-Qaeda from Al Franken, and the few that did only knew they both hated America.
On September 11, 2001, We The People were hit, and hit hard. Despite the initial shock, most of us stood tall in the face of overwhelming horror. We were down; dazed and scared … but we weren’t out. We rallied like no other time in our history, save maybe the first two World Wars, and banded together under the leadership of George W. Bush.
Yes, on September 11, Bush the younger was the right man for the job. What happened to his reputation and legacy afterwards has no bearing on this article. That day, and during the numb, surreal weeks that followed, Bush was spectacular. To the eventual chagrin and blatant envy of the left, Bush stood in the wreckage of the Twin Towers with that bullhorn and cemented his legacy as that of a heroic leader.
For a year, give or take, after 9-11, our nation was united. We cared. We The People hadn’t been this strong in decades, if there is to be a silver lining found in this tragedy. We prayed together, we served together, we flew our flags proudly. Churches and charities thrived, and our economy recovered when nobody thought it would.
My, how times have changed. The liberals are back to attacking our Constitution, trying to tear it down for their own power. The godless are waving their perverted interpretation of the First Amendment to get hate-filled judges to remove Judeo-Christianity (and little else) from our public spaces. The race traitors are back to subjecting blacks to voter plantations and making it seem like all Hispanics condone illegal aliens. The media are back to pushing sex and spinning news stories. Our children are being indoctrinated by political correctness and “diversity” instead of reading, writing and arithmetic. The left is back to bashing soldiers and other heroes.
Still, we look around today and this weekend and everyone is playing the same game, dancing the same dance. Nobody, save it be the cowardly Mayor Bloomberg, is about to rock the boat by being controversial. Everyone is toeing the line and paying respect to the people who died on that fateful day ten years ago, even the liberals who openly campaign for our failure in the recent past. This is as it should be.
The problem comes in on September 12, 2011. How are we going to be acting then?
Where are the American flags going to go on that day? Why won’t the churches be overflowing again after today? Why won’t we care for our neighbors anymore? How long until we stop watching 9-11 documentaries and start numbing our brains and morality by watching “Dancing with the Stars,” or “Jersey Shore” again? How many of us will be listening to some Satanic poetry “Soulja Boy” vomits up, instead of greeting a soldier at the airport? What day will our disgusting politicians start begging and pandering again (the answer to that last one is, of course, “today!”).
There are so many theories as to what really happened on September 11, 2001, they range from the commonly accepted mainstream media version of terrorists with box-cutters to conspiracies about the Bilderberg group and a plot of subvert our Constitution by scaring us enough to let them take away our rights. People are fighting and bickering about this constantly, to no avail, after all, none of that matters. It doesn’t matter who flew those planes, or why. Nobody should care anymore.
The fact is, evil flew those planes into the towers, the Pentagon and the Pennsylvania countryside.
Evil. Not Islam. Evil. Not the Federal government. Evil, not the CIA, the Saudi royals or the Rothschild bankers. Evil; pure, unadulterated evil.
Evil exists, don’t let it hide from you under the guise of moral relativism. The standards of right and wrong are not dependent on time and culture, they are eternal truths.
Evil has allowed us to muddy the waters when it comes to recognizing it. Much of our culture embraces and flaunts evil, and condemns those who point it out. Evil works on our bodies and minds and infects our very souls. It surrounds us from birth, without warning it lulls us into a near-sleep state, to the point that we are brain-dead, and essentially morally corrupt. Evil goes after our souls, it becomes our master, and drags us down the dark paths that many never return from.
Here is another statement that will make people angry. We are losing this war.
This war is with evil, and the echos of the opening shots of this final battle, in this war that has gone on since the beginning of time, are just now starting to fade. The final battle hasn’t even reached a fevered pitch yet, but it will, of that there is no doubt.
Sure, our military is winning battle after battle over in Afghanistan and Iraq. They have accomplished the impossible, and deserve our praise and our eternal thanks. The problem is, we are killing terrorists and evil men right and left over there, but evil doesn’t care. Life is completely meaningless to evil, unless that life is one that embraces evil. We can kill and kill and kill, and the people we are taking out simply shrug, they are brainwashed by evil, and don’t look at death the way we do. The majority of us care when our men die in battle. We weep for them, we pray for their families, we do what we can to support and care for their children.
But the real war isn’t being fought over there in that chaotic region. The real war is being fought here on our shores. It is being waged in every home and on every street in the United States of America. The barbarians are not at the gates, they are in our living rooms, they are on our televisions, they are in our computers, they are on our billboards and in our magazines and are even standing around our water coolers. They are the people we elect, they are the stars we idolize, they are our friends who lead us astray. Sadly, they are often ourselves.
Thanks to our military heroes, we are winning the battle against the terrorists, but thanks to us, we are losing the war to evil. This is the fight of our lifetimes, and most of us are simply sitting it out, more concerned with voting for some trumped-up, fake “talent” show on television than voting for our political leaders.
We are thinking of the new purse or new shoes instead of saving money and getting prepared in case of disaster. We consider ourselves “informed” if we read headlines and catch a few sound bites on the evening news. We celebrate and emulate whores. We are obsessed with football games instead of going to church on Sunday. We are so image-conscious and concerned for our outward appearance that we can’t see how ugly we have become on the inside. We don’t care; apathy is one of evil’s great tricks, by not caring, you are serving evil. We are worried about buying a new car to match the one our neighbors bought, instead of the poor among us who need a meal. We’d rather catch a game at a bar with our buddies, than take an evening to mentor a fatherless child.
Liberal ideas? Not hardly. Liberalism is the desire to change the definition of our Constitution to strip away our rights and dictate our actions. Liberalism is all about control. Look what liberals have done to the poor of this country. Destitute, hopeless and willing to vote for a scoundrel that will give them and extra $20 a month in handouts. Liberalism is evil, with a politically correct smile on its face and a knife behind its back.
What I am talking about is good. Pure good. Good intentions. Hearts of gold. Real good, look-the-Lord-in-the-eye good. Not this pseudo-good, or forced-good garbage as dictated by some government bureaucrat with a list of rules and regulations. This is voluntary good. This is the lesson that Jesus Christ brought to the world. Service to our friends and neighbors, but especially complete strangers. Driving with courtesy. Responsibility. Caring for our neighbors. Caring for our own children, married or not, though the optimal choice is the former. Self-reliance, taking care of yourself and your family and not letting the government give you other people’s money. Honorable behavior. Obeying the Ten Commandments. Standing alone and setting an example for others to follow.
To defeat evil, we must first identify it. Don’t be afraid. Stand up and say it when something is wrong. Don’t worry about political correctness, that is the biggest tool of evil. Identify evil and take steps to warn others about it. Point it out. Teach your children about it, and steer them away from it, whether they like it or not. There aren’t opinions here. There is only good and evil, and no amount of liberalism can change what is actually good and evil. They can only mask it. They can only confuse you, and only if you want to be confused. There aren’t grey areas, there is good, there is evil, that is all.
We have to stop being afraid to take a stand in this war. Every day an individual can fight hundreds of little skirmishes against the forces of evil. The minimum goal is to win more than half of them. Your sights cannot be set lower than that standard, or you are fighting on the wrong side. Of course, nobody will ever win every skirmish, that is impossible, save for one man who lived some 2,000 years ago. Still, don’t be fooled by one of evil’s favorite tricks. The fact that one cannot possibly achieve perfection in this mortal life does not mean one shouldn’t continually try. Don’t give up, ever. Repentance and forgiveness are there for slip-ups, and there will always be slip-ups, we are human beings.
Encourage those around you to join the battle. Reject this intellectually dishonest and soul-numbing culture we are living in. Demand accountability from the media, stop focusing on cars and clothes. Don’t put immorality into your brain with pornography and Hollywood – which are becoming increasingly indistinguishable – that kind of stuff stains your soul. Don’t let the liberals attack our Constitution and make us slaves to their godless plans of domination and control. Get involved in something good, it doesn’t have to be political in nature, serving your fellow-man is what Jesus Christ Himself asked Peter to do if he loved Him.
We The People were given a gift from God. A Promised Land with a divinely-inspired set of documents to keep us prosperous and free. Evil is trying to take that from us. It is using terrorists, corrupt foreign governments, our fashions, corrupt politicians at home, Hollywood, hip-hop culture, smut, television, immorality, mind-altering substances, our education system and even some of our so-called churches to do that.
This is a real war, this is not metaphor or fantasy. We have to fight evil on all fronts. It isn’t just up to our soldiers “way over there” to fight and win this war. For their sake, don’t fall back asleep for another decade while evil runs amok in our nation. Consider it your duty to them to expose and root out evil from their homeland while they are away serving us. Their children, and our children, deserve to be able to grow up in a nation like the one our Founding Fathers envisioned. This monstrosity of a Federal government isn’t what they wanted. This godlessness isn’t either.
The nation they fought so hard to create was a nation of individuals that were self-reliant, morally clean, honorable and God-fearing. Anything less than that and We The People have failed, not our Founding Fathers, and not our precious founding documents. We have lost the war, and our nation has been overthrown if We The People allow the vocal and wicked minority to become the majority.
If evil destroys us, it takes the entire world. We are not just a blessed nation, we are the dam that holds back the onslaught of evil from the rest of the world. Remember that on 9-12-2011, and on each and every day after that. May our Father in Heaven bless and keep our brave soldiers, firemen and police, as well as the families and loyal citizens of this great nation.
Never forget and never surrender.

About wakeus.com
This nation is drugged. We slumber, content in our reality-TV dreams and FM-radio driven sameness. We worry more about a label on our clothing than the men and women we elect. We care so little for our children that we dope them up, sit them down in front of televisions, send them to failing schools and let them run wild ... all so they don't disrupt our brain-dead slumber. Our lack of effort shows in everything we do. We must wake up ... if only to fight the enemy as long as we can. It may be too late.
