It comes into this world November 9, 2011, at 1 pm Central Standard Time. The birth seems like a minor annoyance to most people, but for those who are informed, and think about life beyond just today, this thing being born is much more than that. This is the birth of the infant Big Brother.
The Emergency Alert System, or EAS, is the newest, and most frightening, step the Federal government is taking to control all that we see and hear.
To the sheeple of the United States of America, this seems like a harmless venture, a great idea even. This EAS gives the Federal government the power to break-in on any broadcast and deliver “important information,” which, considering the source, can also be known as “propaganda.”
According to the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the test is, “An important exercise in ensuring that the system is effective in communicating critical information to the public in the event of a real national emergency. It is a critical communications tool that can provide alerts, warning and information rapidly across multiple television and radio platforms.”
Being that it is dressed up as something to keep us “safe,” like the Patriot Act and the TSA, it is no wonder that there is very little uproar about this so-called “test,” but what people aren’t understanding is that this is only the beginning.
Soon enough, the government will be breaking in on more than just television and radio. FEMA’s Integrated Public Alert and Warning System (IPAWS) and the Commercial Mobile Alert System will be able to broadcast on your “smart” phone, interrupt your video games, hack into your computer or iPad, and take over your Blackberry. This EAS is the beginning of a nationwide total-control grid that no one will be able to avoid, or escape.
Think big for a moment about the future; couple an advanced version of this EAS with the “smart meters” that electric companies are installing on homes across the country, which, when used with RIFD-implanted appliances, can tell “officials” what electric-powered items you are using in your home, and when.
You think lawn-watering restrictions are annoying? Think about when they dictate dishwasher restrictions … and if you violate it, the EAS begins barking at you, and you are instantly fined (because they have access to all bank accounts, to “protect” us from identity theft.)
A little far-fetched? Slightly paranoid? I can understand how people got to thinking that way. After all, the entire system is designed to numb us to reality. It is designed to make us think everything is fine, and the government is handling things for us in the best possible manner, and with the best possible intentions. However, the time to stop that thinking, or lack of, is now. We have to be aware of the dangers that come along with the incredible growth of the government, and we have to stop it.
Many of these people in the government, the bureaucrats and the politicians, are filled with a lust for power, and that lust grows with every generation. They want total and complete control. Look around us, look at the rights we have given up in the name of “safety.” Could we have ever imagined that innocent people who aren’t suspects in any crime would be groped at airports or on our highways? Wouldn’t we have laughed at someone who warned us that our president would sidestep Congress and launch illegal wars?
Under the guise of safety, they are setting us up to be controlled. They know that one day the legal citizens of the United States of America will have had enough of the taxes and their rights being trampled on, and will rise up against the tyrants. It may be ten or even twenty years down the line before that happens, which is plenty of time for them to perfect their wicked system if we sit back and do nothing.
No, the time to fight is now. We still have a voice, and we have to use it. We have to vote out anyone and everyone that wants to grow the government in any way. We have to destroy the political careers of the liberals on both sides of the aisle, limit terms and demand accountability from everyone paid with our tax money.
Get out there, wake someone up, make them think! We have to do it before this baby grows up.
Look at it this way, if this was a test, they would have done it at 3 am. This is no test, this is a demonstration, a warning to all that Big Brother has the power, and is here to stay.
If you haven’t read George Orwell’s book, 1984, or at least seen the movie, then get out there and do it. A lot of it is coming true right before our eyes, and the Big Brother concept is one all people should be aware of. We need to be constantly vigilant, even to the point of people calling us paranoid, about people wanting to take away our freedom. Evil men have done that since the beginning of time, and if you are one of those who thinks that our Federal government is above that, you really need to wake up!
