I told you, but you worried about obtaining another logo status symbol to substitute for your lack of moral fiber and character. I told you, but you let the TV and Internet raise your kids. I told you, but you refused to read a history book. I told you, but you kept having them modify your body with plastics and toxins. I told you, but you kept eating genetically modified crops. I told you, but you chose to wave a pom-pom for one “side” or the other every four years, not caring you were cheering for evil either way.
I told you, and you laughed.
You rolled your eyes. You kept on doing your petty little thing, and now it’s too late. America is dead, and our kids get to grow up in the rotting corpse that you killed with your apathy.
